“ A beautiful restaurant, staff were very polite and offered to let me take the elevator upstairs because I was wearing heels. Our server Aferdita was amazing! Every time she checked in we were excited to see her back again! Such a kind soul! The food was divine, the steak was perfectly juicy and the garlic mashed potatoes were so soft and delicious. ”
“ Everything was great, including our food and dessert we ordered! Our server was exceptional and the atmosphere was peaceful. Bonus, depending on where you are sitting you can see the bay right from your table! In addition, the hosts went out of their way to take a picture for us in front of the tree as we were getting ready to leave. ”
“ I had a meal at this location early this evening, and there was a bit of confusion about my reservation just to start. There was a very nice young lady named Krista who helped me to get it all fixed and took care of me very nicely. Thank you, Krista,you were exceptionally nice. I was then waited on by another very nice young lady who saw to my every need, and her name was Monica. I want to add that Monica waited on me so well, and it was without even possibly knowing what her tip might be. This was never known until it was all done,obviously. I only tipped average, and I see back that it should have been more.I only tipped a little less than 20 percent before tax. She did deserve more. I wish I had a do over. Between both of these very nice people, they made my night a very nice experience, and I do appreciate everything they did in order to do that for me. Aside from that, my meal was the prime rib specialty, and it was, as always, very delicious, and I even got to take some home to enjoy again. Thank you again to all the people who made this this evening great, and especially to those two young people who stood out in my experience tonight. ”
“ Ended up at this spot for a business meeting. The server was very polite and easy to get along with. The food was sent out quick and was well plated. The food tasted fantastic and all of us really enjoyed our meals. When we were finishing up and asked for the bill, they were quick in getting us settled up so we could pay and be free to leave when we wanted to without having to wait for someone to come with a bill or machine. We never felt rushed to order or get out. Very welcoming restaurant and look forward to returning again for a delicious meal and a few drinks. ”
“ The best meal I've had in St John's. Steak was perfect and the seafood was delicious. Our server was so friendly and helpful. Only four stars for atmosphere as we were seated right at the entrance to the restaurant so there were lots of people going back and forth. Had we had a table farther in, it would have been perfect. ”
“ We waited at the bar for our table, but when some of our group cancelled dinner plans at the last minute, the host and bartender were understanding and let us stay at the bar for dinner. The bartender was awesome, the food was great, the service was incredible, and the atmosphere was nice. 5-star experience, for sure! Try the cauliflower bites for an appetizer! ”
